Mrs. Dawn Brewer has over 20 years of experience serving the Houston Area; she started her Real Estate Career after Graduate School and by the Grace of God has achieved tremendous success in the industry. Previously, a Sales Manager for one of Houston’s Premier Builders; a multi-million dollar producer she has established relationships with luxury & custom builders in The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Katy, Tomball & Houston areas.
Dawn is a consistent leader with a reputation for protecting her clients, skilled negotiations, elite marketing strategies and excellent representation. Experience in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Dawn is responsible for any residential, land, retail, office, industrial or multi-family opportunities. When not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband Jerrell, daughter Desi’ & son Jordan.
